Do I Live in the RCWD?
There are a lot of special units of government in the Twin Cities that
protect this region's surface water. Because these Watershed Management
Organizations typically follow the boundaries of the watershed that they
protect, it's not always clear which organization has jurisdiction over
your property. This Page will help you to determine if you live in the
Rice Creek Watershed District or one of our neighboring districts. If you
find that you live near a boundary and are trying to determine in which
district you live, please contact your county, municipality, or ourselves
for assistance.
To use this page you will need to know some basic geography about where
you live. Specially you need to be able to figure out where you live on
a map of your municipality. If you are not able to do this or need assistance
