The Rice Creek Watershed District will hold a public hearing to discuss the proposed Comprehensive Wetland Management Plan for the area west of Lexington Ave. and north of Interstate 35W, Blaine, Minnesota. As a landowner within this area, your attendance at the meeting is encouraged and your input welcome.
