A special meeting of the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers with the Hugo City
Council will be held on October 8, 2004 at 12:00 p.m. at the Hugo City Hall, 14669 Fitzgerald
Ave. N. Hugo, MN to discuss site control for culverts at 157th and 165th streets.
