NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
BOARD OF MANAGERS

A special meeting of the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers with the
Rice Creek Advisory Committee will be held on February 9, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. in the
Shoreview City Council Chambers, 4600 North Victoria Street, Shoreview, Minnesota to
discuss RCWD Strategic Plan & Draft 2005 Workplan.
