Permits
The board meeting that occurs on the fourth Wednesday of every month is
the Permitting meeting. The deadline for this meeting is 20 days prior
to the meeting date.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit
electronic copies of all documentation. This will reduce the amount of
time required to obtain a permit.

of best management practices for erosion and sediment control. RCWD
uses this manual as a reference throughout the permitting process. This
